Community Service at PHS

Pleasantville students; Shamera Rosalva, Alicia Jordan, Ashley Rigby, Kadeem Revis and Tanijah Smith put together 3 baskets for three of our Pleasantville alumni, who are serving in our Armed Forces; Evelen Diaz (Germany), Luis Garcia (Afghanistan) and Quanif Callaway (Hawaii) . Community Service is a new club at Pleasantville this year! Look for great things to come!

Community Service Award

This award is given to Lhaya Athill for her
outstanding service in the Pleasantville School District,

and the Co-Chair of the Coalition for a
Safe Community’s Youth Committee. Lhaya is
President of the Senior Class, President of the
Diaspora Club, student court, National Honor Society,
and Lhaya believes you have to work hard for
what you want, which has helped shape her into
being the phenomenal young woman that she is today.
